Andy Matteson is one of the better attorney we had hired. He answered all our questions in terms that WE could understand. I had worked for (never with) California Deputies Attorney General, Deputies District Attorney and Staff Attorney, but never tax attorney (there were three others) that answered our questions with legal mumbo-jumbo.
