In January of 1993, my wife and I had Mr. Matteson prepare a revocable trust titled the Jacqueline and Cliff xxxxxx Revocable Trust and never once regretted it. In September of 1995 I lost my wife and had to go through all the miseries that are necessary at that sad period. But thanks to being prepared with the trust I didn’t have to go through all the hassles of probate. With the signing of a few documents the Jacqueline and Clifford xxxxxx Trust became the Clifford xxxxxx Trust and passed smoothly into my control. And I can rest easy that when my time comes the trust will pass into the hands of my heirs smoothly according to my wishes.
