On 8-25-99 Mr. Matteson set up a Living Trust for us. Now, three years later we felt a review was in order to incorporate minor changes and also take advantage of changes in the law. We set up a meeting to discuss and review the trust. After a few days, we had another meeting with Mr. Matteson to review the changes and sign necessary papers and forms. The meetings were professionally conducted and we continue to be impressed by the knowledge, patience and excellence this office has displayed. We intend to continue to consult with Mr. Matteson every 2 to 3 years to make sure that our trust is current, valid and enforceable. P.S. It is also nice to work with Mr. Matteson’s staff, which is also knowledgeable and accommodating. The same ladies who worked with us in 1999 are still there which helps with the interface to the process.
