Our Living Trust was prepared initially and subsequently updated by an associate of Mr. Matteson. We recently contacted him about our desire to simplify signature requirements because our trustee has an illness making signatures difficult. He reviewed our trust and said that later changes in estate law made the trust excessively complicated and would result in expensive revision upon the death of one trustee. He recommended simplification now and his charge was very appropriate. He accomplished this at the agreed upon time and then thoroughly and patiently reviewed the revision with us. We are very pleased with the service we received from him and his staff and recommend him for similar services without hesitation or qualification.
