This is truly a team you want working for you when you’ve had a loss of a family member with a living trust! It is hard enough dealing with a loss, and the last thing you feel like tackling is legal paperwork. However, Mr. Matteson and his staff were so kind that it made all the paperwork flow so that one was not overwhelmed. Mr. Matteson traveled to our town which is over 3 hours one way not once but twice to guide us through the process! Thank you Mr. Matteson. A big ‘THANK YOU’ to Jessica for making sure I sent the right papers and answered all my questions with a smile. What I respect Jessica the most for: she gave me the correct answers the first time and if she didn’t know the answer, she didn’t guess but reassured me to find out and get back to me – which she did 100% of the time. Great job Jessica!
