When I first completed my trust, Andrew Matteson’s office contacted me regularly to arrange updates. Each time this was done, I paid an additional fee-generally around $250.00. Friends have their trust updated periodically at no additional cost. Since the initial fee was substantial ($1,200 in 1992), I feel updates should be included at a nominal cost especially if they are generated by law changes and consist of “boiler plate” changes.
