Mr. Matteson and I spoke by telephone. He asked me pertinent questions about my two trusts. We talked, and he offered some suggestions that would improve my trust. He did not rush through our telephone conversation and willingly answered my questions. When we went to his office, the staff had all the papers in order and explained each section of the trust to me.
