Andrew Matteson prepared our Revocable Living Trust in 2002. There have been changes in the law in California since then. Also there has been a change in the relationship between parties that needed to be addressed. Andrew prepared a revision with options that accommodated the changes that were necessary. He also recommended that we align our IRAs with the beneficiaries that we identified in our Living Trust. This was accomplished through a Trusteed IRA with a reputable Trust Company. This process took several months. We were advised of the progress of these changes along the way either by Andrew or his staff until its completion. A final review made sure that we understood and approved of these changes. We would highly recommend Andrew Matteson for anyone to plan their Estate whether it is simple one or in our case a complicated plan.
