We came to the office after a contact call which was very friendly and sympathetic. The secretary called to reaffirm the appointment and sent very clear computer directions. When we got to the office there was a wait. The appointment before ours took more time. We had magazines to read and the secretary assured us it would be very soon. Both Andrew Matteson and Kim his assistant were very thorough and gracious to Julie (my daughter) and myself. There was also follow up after the appointment. The atmosphere in the office was very rustic and the work done there was very competently done. We were through even with an extra problem in an hour. Both of us were very satisfied with the experience.
