Overall service was very good from the original phone call seeking an appointment to the free consultation the attorney was obviously knowledgeable and presentation was low key (i.e. no pressure to ‘sell’ a trust). All questions were answered, costs clearly pointed out, and time frames reasonable. Once documents were prepared signings went smoothly. Office staff were all friendly and efficient.
